Weather vagaries in Vietnam

The question:

We went on a longish holiday in Vietnam. We spent exactly half the vacation in Buon Me Thuot, popularly referred to as BMT, in the Central Highlands. Our driver Dung (pronounced ‘yung’) told us that the weather in BMT, called the coffee country, follows a predictable pattern: if it rains in the morning, it would be clear in the afternoon.

At the end of our vacation, we realised that there were 12 clear mornings and 13 clear afternoons and that it rained on 15 days. How many days long was our vacation?
