Friends, my recent experience with the Chandigarh Sahitya Akademi brought the above words to mind. I invite you to read the five poems on www.smart-scholars.com that the CSA has rejected for its latest anthology on the pretext that I live in Panchkula. If some of you have read that particular anthology I would be grateful for your comments.
